Our Story
How Aspire To Birth was born
Our founder, Louise, had a difficult pregnancy and birth experience with her first child. She struggled to find the resources and support she needed to have a positive experience. With her second baby she found an amazing hypnobirthing course that transformed her birth experience.
Determined to make a difference for other parents, she retrained in hypnobirthing and created Aspire To Birth to empower mums, birthing parents and their birth partners through comprehensive antenatal education, relaxation techniques and a welcoming, supportive community for expectant families.
